We are starting the year by introducing the ability to document the information on our "company page" in the web portal. This has been requested by several of our customers and prospects, and we hope this new option creates value for many.
The new company report documents who carried out the review of a company and when it was done. An important part of the routine for everyone with a reporting obligation to Finanstilsynet.
Examples of the data included in the report:
- General information
- Bankruptcy risk
- Number of employees over time
- Extracts from the financial statements
- Information about auditor remarks
- Signature and power of procuration
- Company events
- Current and historical roles
- Owners, with the owners' flags and ownership percentage
- Holdings the company itself has, with their flags and the percentage the company currently owns.
- Beneficial owners, with their percentage and any events
