Beneficial owners, ownership, roles, and networks
In our API and web portal, you get an overview of actual, direct, indirect, and ultimate owners. Combined with a visual group structure, roles such as board members and CEO, and their networks, you can quickly get an overview of the company you are interested in. A historical overview of previous owners and roles is also available, allowing you to quickly learn about the company's history and development.
Company and personal flags
Flags allow you to quickly find indications that you should dig deeper. At the company level, this can include lawsuits, negative equity, downsizing, adjustments of accounts, or various other factors, while at the person level, it can indicate, for example, that the individual has previously been involved in a bankruptcy or is on a sanctions list.
Encumbrances and collateral
With insights into encumbrances and mortgages, you can uncover any legal obligations that may affect the value or use of the properties and the company, thereby ensuring thorough due diligence. The overview also contains detailed information about the documents, such as the rights holder, registration date, amount, and more.
Auditor Notes
Auditor notes predict payment problems. In Enin's web portal, you get a complete overview of current and historical auditor's remarks, providing you with a more thorough understanding of the company's financial situation.
Payment Remarks
Get immediate access to updated information about the company's potential payment remarks, allowing you to accurately assess the company's financial health. Our overview includes information on the number of remarks, their size, when they were reported, and which creditors are involved.
Property Data
Property data is integrated into Enin's web portal, providing you with a quick overview of all properties registered to companies, individuals, and groups. The overview includes property history, i.e., previously owned properties, and any housing cooperative units.
Bankruptcy risk
Enin's self-developed AI model for estimating the chance of a company going bankrupt within the next twelve months allows you to become aware of any important elements of the company you may have overlooked. The model is continuously updated, and a timeline of the development in bankruptcy risk is therefore available, which can be used to understand historical periods of increased risk that the company has gone through.
Current events, news and court cases
Interesting news about local companies often ends up in the local newspaper. With Enin's event overview, you'll never miss a dust-covered local newspaper article with relevant information about the company again. The event overview provides you with a timeline of the most important events, including announcements from the Brønnøysund Register Centre, Doffin, court meetings, pledges, and news from published articles and media – with exclusive access to bypass any paywall.
Automatically generated company reports
By simply using a Word document, Enin allows you to create your own report templates that can be reused for all companies. The company information in the report is automatically filled in by Enin, and you can then download it as a Word or PDF file. This tool allows you to easily extract and distribute the type of standard information you will always be looking at during a due diligence.
