An organization number in an excel sheet is all you need to use our interface to import your data and instantly gain an overview of alerts, insights, and news.

By creating a watchlist, you can monitor any company and receive sales triggers such as 'new CEO' or 'won public tender' via email.

Ownership structure

In our API and web portal, you get an overview of actual, direct, indirect, and ultimate owners. Combined with a visual group structure, roles such as board members and CEO, and their networks, you can quickly get an overview of the company you are interested in.

Company history

Get to know the company and its history before entering a sales meeting. With access to various historical details such as roles, ownership, number of employees, company purpose, signing authority, power of attorney, mergers, demergers, news articles, legal cases, and more, you will be able to impress your counterpart by arriving thoroughly prepared.

Current news and events

The event overview will provide you with a chronological summary of the most important events, including announcements from the Brønnøysund Register Centre, Doffin, court meetings, pledges, and news from published articles and media – with exclusive access to bypass any paywalls. This will both alert you to changes that might prompt you to contact the company, either for sales or customer follow-up, and keep you updated on the company’s current activities.
